The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has announced a significant update for all Emara Tax users. Starting from 30th September 2024, it will be mandatory for all users to log in using UAE Pass. This measure aims to enhance security and streamline the user experience on the Emara Tax Portal.

The FTA, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, has initiated a temporary waiver of these penalties. This initiative encourages voluntary compliance and provides a grace period for entities to fulfill their tax obligations without incurring fines.
