As part of your legal traineeship (Referendariat), TME Legal, a German boutique law firm based in Dubai, offers you the opportunity to gain substantial hands-on experience in a challenging and truly international environment.
With offices in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), we provide comprehensive exposure to the day-to-day practice of a German law firm abroad and direct involvement in complex, cross-border mandates.

Your Tasks
• Drafting and reviewing legal opinions, pleadings, and contracts
• Supporting client meetings and negotiations
• Conducting in-depth research and analysis of complex legal issues, with a particular focus on foreign law and cross-border matters
• Independently handling assigned tasks across key areas of business law, especially corporate, tax, and employment law

Your Profile
• Strong interest in and preferably prior practical experience with corporate, tax, and employment law
• Advanced law studies and enrolment in the German Referendariat
• Good to excellent command of English (further languages an asset)
• Team-oriented, committed, and genuinely passionate about legal work
• Strong analytical skills with a precise and structured working style
• Openness to working with foreign legal systems
• Willingness to complete your Anwalts- or Wahlstation (law firm or elective stage) in person at our Dubai office
• Reliability, initiative, and a proactive mindset
