Mr. Fabian Jeremias is a German-licensed lawyer and legal advisor at TME Legal. He has extensive experience in compliance management, data protection law, ESG compliance and internal investigations and advises both medium-sized companies and international corporations.

His career includes positions in public service, industry and private practice: Fabian began as a legal advisor in the political field, supporting a member of the German Bundestag and the Minister for Schools and Further Education of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in the cabinet of Dr. Jürgen Rüttgers. He then moved to the legal department of the Dr. Wolff Group (brands including Alpecin and Karex) before joining an international law and tax firm in private practice, where he was an Associate Partner and headed the Compliance | Data Protection | ESG team.

In 2024, Fabian JEREMIAS LEGAL, a boutique law firm specializing in compliance, data protection, ESG, cyber crisis management and AI governance, was founded. By 2025, the firm has grown to a five-person team with three legal advisors.

Fabian combines legal expertise with strategic business understanding and a strong focus on future-oriented topics such as ESG, digitization and artificial intelligence.
